Acea, a publicly-traded company, operates in Italy's environmental, energy, and water sectors. The primary challenge was effectively communicating with its 5000 employees. The client aimed to instill a culture of self-improvement company-wide, a formidable task given the size and diversity of the workforce. How could they convey this message in an engaging and lighthearted way?

Acea Heroes was conceived as a platform to create a friendly environment for nurturing one's soft skills in a low-stress manner. After extensive research on the staff, the gaming world of the 1990s emerged as the common ground among all employees. The concept follows the idea of 'leveling up' for each individual, both personally and subsequently in their work.

An app that offered various cross-cutting content to entertain and assist each employee in unlocking their potential. A daily live radio broadcast, weekly interviews with prominent figures in the realm of personal growth, and a section with dedicated video courses starting from hobbies and side activities.

A series of events to celebrate the start of a new chapter for Acea. Office installations and a range of monthly activities to integrate into the routine, motivating employees to participate.
